
Project Management
At Technology Management, Inc., the project manager works as the client's advocate overseeing the design and construction project team from inception to completion.
Our project management services include:
- Evaluate all subcontractor bids
- Purchase the support equipment direct from the vendors
- Chair project meetings, provide site inspections and submit periodic progress reports
- Monitor progress relative to the project schedule
- Administer all project accounting, including change orders and waivers
- Punchlist the substantially completed facility in conjunction with the A/E and GC; supervise the completion of the punchlist
- Prepare procedures for testing and commissioning the support systems; field supervise the commissioning process
- Prepare normal and emergency facility operations and maintenance procedures; assist in training the staff on the procedures
- Coordinate owner furnished/installed work
Closeout project; turn over complete record drawings and closeout manual to the operations staff.
