Technology Management assisted in the consolidation of multiple facilities to a single facility. TMI worked with pre-selected vendors to design the space with existing equipment while planning for future capacity. Multiple client concerns such as low clear heights and reduced access routes to the space during hours of active distribution center provided a few client concerns that were overcome.
